MCCC Offers Later-Starting Spring Semester Credit Classes

West Windsor, NJ:   Although most credit classes have already begun at Mercer County Community College, learners of all ages still have a chance to take a class this semester, with most later-starting credit classes beginning Feb. 28.  Class offerings include business, education, English composition, children’s literature, philosophy, psychology, hospitality, history, computers, sociology, Spanish and much more.
Classes take place days or evenings at the West Windsor campus and the downtown Trenton James Kerney campus.  Online classes can be completed from home through The Virtual College.

Offering 70 associate degree programs designed for transfer or career preparation, Mercer provides career and college solutions for a wide variety of needs.  In addition to serving traditional college-age students,     Mercer’s student population includes adult students seeking to retrain for new careers or update their skills for career growth. With its flexible scheduling, Mercer’s students can choose to attend full- or part-time.  Last year the average age of a part-time student was 30.
Mercer offers many opportunities for students who wish to continue for a bachelor’s degree. MCCC also holds transfer agreements with colleges nationwide, and offers dual admissions programs with colleges throughout the region. 
In addition to its credit programs, MCCC’s Center for Continuing Studies offers a full range of classes that begin year-round in business, computer applications health careers, construction, education and more.
